Freshdesk is a customer support ticketing software or a help desk that allows companies to effectively manage their customer care and support functions. This integration helps sync the data related to support tickets created using Freshdesk and data points like their status and priority.

How to create a new Freshdesk destination

NOTE: before creating a new destination, make sure to register a Freshdesk account and receive access to:

  • API endpoint
  • Authorization key

Under the Data platform tab locate and click the Destinations object. Once in the object, click on the Create destination button and select the Freshedesk destination option.


Add a descriptive name for the selected destination.


Enter your API endpoint and Authorization key from your Freshdesk account.


As a final step, set up attribute mapping for the selected destination. It ensures that your database is properly synced with the destination schema.
