Journey reports

The Journey insights reports allow users to generate Journey-specific reports. When a new Journey is being created and Running, two new events are automatically created:

  • Entered - the total number of users that entered the journey
  • Exited - the total number of users that exited the journey

If a journey has been configured with the Actions, such as:

  • Send email
  • Send SMS
  • Send ticket
  • Send Slack notification
  • Update contact list
  • Send Webhook

events will also be generated and visible in the report configuration form.
