# Metric Graph

Once the metric is saved, the graph is displayed to show the metric results.

The graph shows the metric change across a defined period (monthly, weekly, or daily). The line in the graph displays the numeric metric change during the selected timeframe.

The metric graph provides a quick read on any possible errors and helps determine if you have selected your metric’s right components. An unexpected result would mean you need to take a second look at the metric formula.
