Once you have launched a Journey, you can analyze the collective impact of all its actions on driving key business goals and shaping user experience through the Analytics sub-menu.
# Add custom Metrics
Select any metric you created via the Metrcs (opens new window) feature to be displayed in the dashboard. The metric will be calculated for all users who have experienced the journey.
# Journey overview
Journey overview will display a bar chart for all users who have entered or exited the journey.
# Journey trends
The trend overview will display a time series graph to understand how many users/entered exited the journey during the selected timeframe. You can view the graph on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
# A/B testing
Allows you to see the best performing A/B test variant in the journey flow. Select a success metric that will show the variant performance over the selected time period.
Note: if A/B testing was not created in the journey flow, this widget would not be displayed.
# Channel overview
Shows the distribution of all the actions delivered to the users who have experienced the journey (e.g., the percentage of emails, SMS sent).
# Journey Actions overview (bar chart)
A bar chart that represents the distribution of all the actions delivered to the users who have experienced the journey.
# Journey Actions overview (graph)
Select a success metric to compare how different Journey Actions perform during the selected date range. You can view the graph on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
