1. Feature Update- AI Coach to Blu

We have updated our AI Coach to Blu. Blu is Intempt’s AI-powered growth assistant that helps teams turn customer data into decisions instantly. Ask questions in plain English to uncover insights, create segments, design journeys, and identify next-best actions. Blu helps GTM teams move faster, experiment smarter, and personalize at scale with confidence.


2. New Feature- Brand Kit

We’ve introduced Brand Kit, a centralized way to keep every customer interaction on-brand. Brand Kit captures your logos, colors, fonts, tone, and messaging guidelines in one place and applies them automatically across Intempt. This ensures AI-generated messages, campaigns, and journeys stay consistent, reducing review cycles and helping teams ship high-quality, brand-safe experiences faster.


3. New Feature- Sentiment Analysis

We’ve introduced Sentiment Analysis in the Journey Builder to help teams respond to customers based on intent, not assumptions. Intempt analyzes message responses in real time and categorizes them as positive, neutral, or negative. You can then route users to the right next step- accelerating conversions, escalating risk early, and delivering more relevant, human follow-ups automatically.
