This guide explains the billing model, pricing structure, usage metrics, and plan options for Intempt Marketing and Intempt Sales. Intempt supports both Marketing and Sales teams through a unified platform.

Billing cycles

At Intempt, customers can choose between two billing cycles: Monthly or Annual.

Monthly Billing

Customers are billed once per month based on:

  • Marketing base fee

  • Usage metrics (MAU and MAS)

  • Sales seat licenses

  • Optional add-ons such as SMS credits

MAU (Monthly Active Users)

The number of unique users who interact with personalized experiences on your website or app within a month. This includes visitors who trigger features such as personalization, experiments, analytics tracking, or AI-powered recommendations.

As engagement grows, MAU increases and usage scales accordingly.

MAS (Monthly Active Subscribers)

The number of contacts who participate in marketing campaigns or automation journeys during a month. This includes subscribers receiving emails, SMS, push notifications, or moving through automated lifecycle journeys.

Annual Billing

Customers can choose annual billing and receive 20% off the base subscription fee.

Usage based components such as MAU, MAS, and seat licenses continue to scale according to actual usage even with annual billing.

Free plan

When you create a new organization in Intempt, you can start with the Free plan, which allows you to explore both Marketing and Sales capabilities.

The Free plan is designed for evaluation, small teams, or solo users.

Marketing pricing

Overview

Intempt Marketing enables teams to personalize experiences, run experiments, automate customer journeys, and analyze performance across marketing channels.

The Marketing subscription consists of:

  • A base platform fee

  • Usage-based pricing depending on marketing activity

Intempt does not cap users, events, or accounts. Customers pay a base platform fee and scale usage as they grow.
