Playbooks

Getting started

Playbooks provide an easy-to-use interface to accomplish specific tasks by mapping business cases and trivial marketing tasks to data.

For example, in a B2B scenario, Playbooks help you stay on top of incoming PQLs. With real-time PQL Playbooks, you can uncover expansion opportunities with early signs of upgrade potential. Notifications based on product triggers make it easy to do contextual outreach. Each Playbook lets you dig into that user or account's activity so that sales teams can formulate a hypothesis about the underlying use case.

Playbook types

In Intempt we have 2 Playbook types:

  • Account playbooks - lets you be notified when a specific user meets the triggering conditions.
  • User playbooks - lets you be notified when a specific user meets the triggering conditions.

  • Events
  • Attributes
  • Metrics
  • Segments

Same as in the segment editor, you can add multiple conditions and combine them with and/or operators in multiple ways (for example, A and B or C for different rows).
