Inbox
Getting started
Inbox allows you to access notifications done by Users and Accounts, based on the configured triggering criteria within the Project.
From Intempt’s system, you, as a customer, want to reach out to users who have done certain events, such as making a purchase from a particular brand. Based on the action made, Sales reps can react immediately to that particular user from the Intempt's Inbox, when a Playbook has been triggered.
Overview
The Inbox object can be accessed from the sidebar menu of Intempt's console. The Playbooks in the Inbox are displayed by the time when they were triggered (from newest to oldest).
NOTE: the number depicts the number of unread/completed playbooks.

Playbook types
In Intempt we have 2 Playbook types:
- Account playbooks - lets you be notified when a specific user meets the triggering conditions.
- User playbooks - lets you be notified when a specific user meets the triggering conditions.
Clicking on the designated switch, you can view either user-related or account-related playbooks.

Categorizing
You can categorize the view of the inbox by showing the completed Playbooks. To mark a Playbook as "Completed" you need to open the Playbook from the Inbox by clicking on it and marking it as "Complete".

Action buttons
Depending on how the Playbooks were configured, each can contain single or multiple action buttons. By clicking on them, you can directly make certain actions from the Inbox such as:
- Create a task in HubSpot - create tasks as reminders associated with specific records.
- Create a deal in HubSpot - create deals in HubSpot through the action button to track potential revenue through your sales process.
- Add to HubSpot list - trigger an Action that automatically adds Users to HubSpot static contact lists based on what they are doing within your product.
- Add to Journey - allows you to insert a specific user into a selected journey.

Add to Journey
If “Add to Journey” is selected, any trigger within the journey will be bypassed, and the user will manually be inserted into the journey flow.

Editing columns
Users can view the Inbox as they wish by specifying which columns should be shown. You can select columns to be shown from the following categories:
- Attributes - aggregate values for user or account properties that have a custom-defined merging strategy (for example. “Country” attribute).
- Profiles - all profile-related information that Intempt automatically records when a new user is tracked. It includes Master Id, Account Id, user identifier, and Updated Properties
- Metrics - any aggregates that require custom calculations combining different collection fields or events (for example “Revenue” metric)
NOTE: for each individual user, the Inbox will be displayed differently - based on the selected columns and applied filters.
